Donald is one of the reasons that cPanel as the best customer service in the server admin business (of course cPanel is also the best server admin software; period).

Gary hit the ball out of the park. It's been a stressful day to day for me due to some filesystem problems and all the tickets I have had with my customers. But having representatives like Gary jump in to help with issues I wasn't sure about, like today's permission issue on some mailboxes, really solidifies all the reasons why I love cpanel, not just as a control panel but as a vendor that is a big part of my business.

Donald went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his service on this issue. I was grasping for straws, had beat my head against the wall for days, Googled dozens of times using various keywords to try and find that one last piece of information to make things work. Donald was able to look into the problem and get me beyond the issue when I had nowhere else to turn. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to understand and assist with this. If I had not been able to get around this issue, I would have dropped the dedicated server and the WHM/cPanel licenses and gone back to a shared hosting account. It was literally that imperative to our business!
